Abstract

The present work focuses on ​​the treatment of the natural person, of the human being, categorical subject of the civil legal relations on the new Constitution. It also highlights the novelties and the challenges that must be faced in order to adjust the civil regulatory content to the precepts of the Constitution. Furthermore, the present paper contents an analysis of the fundamental civil rights of the human person, the person as member of a family, the person in economic relations and relating to copyright law, as part of the Intellectual Property. All of the above, pointing out the ways to get the civil rules updated and become instruments of action of the principles that born from the Constitution, offering suitable legal channels to the new vital conditions and the new social structures.
