Abstract

IgG subclass deficiencies represent possible disturbances of immune responses, although several studies have shown low concentrations of IgG subclasses in asymptomatic individuals. A number of diseases associated with increased or decreased levels of IgG subclasses as well as indications for their measurement were described in this paper.
