Risk groups B and C accounted for 97.7 % of cases. There was a significant relation ship between hypertensive stages and risk groups (p = 0.00465412). In group A, 60.0 % of patients kept normal headings. In risk groups B and C, the stage I hypertensive was the most frequent.
