Abstract

A retrospective study was conducted to assess the use of the RALCA® external minifixators in 47 patients with clavicle fracture that were treated from January, l993, to December, l997. Good results were obtained in 89.36% of the patients and it was proved that this method allows the mobility and mediate rehabilitation of the shoulder, guaranteeing an early reincorporation to the activities.
