Abstract

SANCHEZ OLAZABAL, Lázaro; ALVAREZ LOPEZ, Alejandro  and  CASANOVA MOROTE, Carlos. Acute Radiocubital distal Luxation. Review of the topic. AMC [online]. 2000, vol.4, n.3, pp. 0-0. ISSN 1025-0255.

Although acute radiocubital distal luxation is not a frequent lesion, sometimes difficulties occur in its diagnosis and treatment. With this study we cover aspects related with the anatomy of the region, classification, diagnosis, radiological means and treatment of this entity. As to the classification used, we wanted to make reference to the more useful one which marks the more frequent associated lesions. Referring to the treatment to be used, conservative and surgical modalities, as well as the more relevant complications are stressed.

Keywords : DISLOCATIONS [diagnosis]; DISLOCATIONS [therapy]; DISLOCATIONS [classification]; DISLOCATIONS [radiography]; DISLOCATIONS [complications].
