Abstract

RODRIGUEZ SOCARRAS, Isis; CARBAJALES LEON, Ana Isabel; ACOSTA VALDES, María Antonia  and  HERNANDEZ RODRIGUEZ, José. Evaluation program of the truthfulness of the lab: analysis using values assigned in Camagüey province. AMC [online]. 2004, vol.8, n.3, pp. 45-51. ISSN 1025-0255.

Camagüey has performed an stable work in the Program of Quality External Evaluation, eventhough the capacitation labor, control and exigency maintained by the coordinating center, the variance index averages have been acceptable, so it was considerated the necessity of detecting those laboratories that deviate the mean consensus, increase dispersion and cause false result in the evaluation, thus the conditions were created for the evaluation of the truthfulness to achieve the agreement among the mean consensus established by the SECAL and the reference mean. For the evaluation of the truthfulness, the calculation of the mean and the standard desviation obtained was performed by the Coordinator Center laboratory was performed. When processing the samples parallely in the laboratories we consider accepted those values that are within range ± 3 standard deviations and rejected those out of this range. For calculations and evaluation the first version of an automated program design for this purpose in Dlphi 3, was used. After three years of having applied the program, a 70 % results accepted as average in the province, has been obtained.
