Abstract

RODRIGUEZ SANCHEZ, Eliecer et al.  Raft's flowers in videolaparoscopic surgery. AMC [online]. 2007, vol.11, n.1, pp. 0-0. ISSN 1025-0255.

A prospective longitudinal study in the room of the Ambulatory Surgery at "Manuel Ascunce Domenech” Provincial Hospital was carried out, from April to May 2003. It was applied three energetic compounds of the floral system of Raff to the patients in the  immediate preoperatory to videolaparoscopic ambulatory surgery, previous informed  consent, with the purpose to find a better behavior of the subjective parameters (referred), objectives (verified), physiological (measurable), and its evolutionary behavior in relation to the use of muscular relaxants   in the transoperatory.  Besides, the frequency of apparition of possible undesirable effects in the immediate postoperatory,  very frequent  in this type of surgery, was observed.  Good results in the three stages were obtained: preanesthesia, transopertatory and postoperatory, with the alarm symptoms decrease, control of the arterial hypertension, reduce the use of muscular relaxants in the transoperatory and  undesirable effects in the immediate postoperatory .
