Abstract

In this article, we analyze the complex structure of problem solving skills and reveal essential characteristics, giving special attention to information management, the fundamental link of the model, which generates other links inwards. Skill development should involve different viewpoints, taking into account the processes that influence and determine it synchronically and diachronically.
