The integration model of formation-production-research processes expresses that students must perform a role in the software development process, linked to a real project. The objective of this paper is to establish a proposal of a methodology that systematizes the process of assigning students to a role. It has as a starting point the recruitment processes in the industry and a model for the comparison and prediction of student´s behavior in each role.
