The objective of the research was design a procedure the diagnosis of the organization of jobs, considered relevant elements generated in the workplace which allow reforms through the guarantee of quality of working life of employees; incidence for this research was determined based on the units of teaching, research and linking career of Agribusiness ESPAM MFL; for this by an interview employed workers it this units, allowed to evaluate the organization of work and by applying a questionnaire general valuation based on the scheme of work, allowed to obtain information the structure of the workday. Within results weaknesses such prioritized by Kendall method which allows us to represent in a diagram cause effects, contributing both to the development of a diagram improvement allowing corrective action to ensure the lives of workers (as), health and safety.
