Abstract

The research arises from the need of the organizations to be competitive and achieve excellence. The aim of this study is to determine the optimal value of process management efficiency. The process of shoe production company XYZ and determination of defects that can cause effects on the quality of each of the production areas was taken as a study case. The application of the procedure allows justify economically how the improvement actions influence through prevention and evaluation, in costs reduction associated with poor quality and affect customer satisfaction. To achieve the results many techniques were used as documents review, statistical analysis, and least-cost method.
