Abstract

Nowadays the organizations are developed in a very dynamic environment, by this cause occur constant changes to confront this environment and reach the strategic goals. Due to this article had as objective to determine a definition more integrating of organizational change based on different definitions preceding for to contribute for the strategic implementation. Likewise, elucidate the barriers that have disabled a right implementation of the strategy. As theoretical methods used: analyses and synthesis and the induction deduction, and the statistical methods: analysis of main components and analysis of centralized. The study shows that the organizational change is a process that allows changing the structure, culture and by this way contributing to with implementation of the strategy.
