Abstract

The present publication is the result of an investigation carried out in the factory of cements ¨Cementos Cienfuegos S.A¨, its main objective is to present a model and its implementation procedure for the administration and improvement of the processes with contribution to the integration of systems normalized in the Cuban cement plants. An exploratory, qualitative and descriptive methodology was used, on the base of more than eighty procedures found in the bibliography.  It was obtained the pattern and their procedure as a result to negotiate and to improve the processes in the Cuban cement plants. It contributes to the integration of the systems normalized by means of the analysis of the relationship of actions of improvement by each administration system. You concludes that: a procedure of improvement should be designed as a ¨ Measure Suit¨, with a recurrent character and he/she should obtain taxes in the different prevailing administration systems in the organization.
