Abstract

The objective to evaluate determined variables of the organizational behavior was carried out: organizational climate, labor motivation, sense of possession and organizational communication; as part of the control system of university step in the Faculty of Economics and Informatic Sciences (FCEI) of the Matanzas´s University. The data analysis of the applied questionnaires, the statistical processing and the theoretic used methods allowed to obtaining like fundamental results the weaknesses reflected in the behavior of the variables studied as well as the knuckle joint between them and their direct influence in the management control system application.
