Abstract

SERRANO-TAMAYO, Marcos Alexis et al. Organizational management model from a constructivist perspective in the Cuban context. Ing. Ind. [online]. 2021, vol.42, n.2, pp. 175-204.  Epub July 28, 2021. ISSN 1815-5936.

In organizational studies, constructivist perspectives constitute alternative views to the hegemonic functionalist paradigm. These emerge as an option to project towards the future and advance along a different path based on the reality of each country. In the case of Cuba, this need is greater due to its cultural, economic and social characteristics. This article presents an organizational management model, from a constructivist perspective appropriate to the Cuban context. For this, methods such as: modeling, induction-deduction, analysis-synthesis and conversational interviews were used in organizations in the province of Granma, which facilitated the design of the referred model that carries essential relationships between the main elements of the organization. It considers novel, in the phases of the management process, the perception of environmental factors and internal dispositions of the members of the organizations.

Keywords : organizational management; constructivist perspective; management process.
