Abstract

The objective of the paper is to carry out the analysis from the tensions to steel samples AISI 1045 hardened cold for roller. With employment of the method of Willianson-Hall was determined the macro and micro deformations; the reticular deformation of the net parameter; the size of the crystallites; the efforts in the crystalline net and the reduction of the size average of the grains, what allowed to establish the mechanisms of hardening of the steel AISI 1045, deformed by rolling. They were measured and analyzed different points keeping in mind the indexes of Miller for the phase ferrite of the steel. The obtained lineal models, they are statistically significant that they show a growing tendency of the mechanical estates and metallurgical, as the independent variables of the experimentation process are increased.
