Abstract

FUMERO-PEREZ, Abel et al. Design and manufacturing of a device to measure adherence by scratch. Ingeniería Mecánica [online]. 2018, vol.21, n.3, pp. 124-129. ISSN 1815-5944.

In this paper was realized the design and manufactured of an equipment to measured adherence by scratch for deposited coating on substrate. For the manufacture of the equipment was designed and built the different parts using as method the assisted modelation in the software professional Inventor and technology process of machined and curt by laser. To determine the repetitive of the test to one line velocity of 10 mm/min in accordance with the norm ASTM C-1642-5 was utilized a sphere indicator. The scratches executed showed that the equipment has a satisfactory performance.
