Abstract

Starting from the systemic analysis of the operation production function in steel factories, the conceptual mathematical model is formulated of the heats selection to be used for the lots delivery to the clients of the finished production of steel shops. This model breaks down in sub-models of the destination of options generation of heats in production process, as a discrete stochastic optimization task of the selection of the heats to be used for each one of the lots required by the sales service, as an optimization task in boolean variables. Have been elaborated and compared different mechanical properties description of the heats models and proposed a solution outline solution of the options generation task by the exhaustive search method. The modeling work developed is available for it practical use by the despatching services of the steel companies.
