Abstract

RODRIGUEZ GATO, Osniel. The guide professor of Technical and Professional Education: characteristic and functions of their administration. Rev. Mendive [online]. 2017, vol.15, n.2, pp. 159-172. ISSN 1815-7696.

In the work an important topic is approached for the Technical and Professional Education: the professor's administration guides in the educational work of its students. He is carried out an empirical study on the current state of this administration, starting from the application of different methods in a sample conformed by guide professors and students of the industrial branch. The study followed a dialectical focus and it adopted the investigation-action participant like essential variant. The obtained results allowed to carry out an objective characterization of the phenomenon. He gave it the possibility to establish a group of features and functions that represent of the administration of the professor's guides at the present time, keeping in mind the new conditions in that he carries out the process of Technical and Professional Education, where the Polytechnic Center and the Company share the vocational training of the hard-working futures of half level.
