Abstract

The mobility of the workforce in an organization has always been a key variable to predict the needs of planning, selection, training and human capital compensation. A global trend is to study this aspect from knowing the intended permanence of employees and take action to keep them, especially those who occupy key positions. This paper presents a study intended permanence of teachers at the University of Cienfuegos, using a regression model to predict the trend mobility and manage key variables to improve their behavior. A survey of quality of life at work is performed and results from multiple regression models are applied and one that provides best fit is selected.
