Abstract

The object of the Cuban local television channels is to promote the development of programming that integrate local culture and traditions. The thematic on programming are materialized mainly in meeting those productions or other interests prioritized by Cuban television in their national authority. The relationship on producers-receptor in related by asymmetries based from the condition of the subject in performing activity. Verticalism in the television production of local programming channels with isolated practices conducive to the interests of the public agenda. Is planted as objective of the study, to identify the essential elements in the communitary participation in local television production and his expression. The study classified as descriptive research with theoretical contribution. To obtain the results are employed methods in theoretical and empirical levels. From the analyze is evident the need for enhanced television production with participatory development. The communitary participation in the television production of local channels, support the symmetrical development of social relations.
