The current world urgently needs consents human action. That is why the Integral and humanistic education has special significance in higher education, given its mission to educate young people with scientific rigor, values and high professional skills capable of entering the international arena in defense of the principles underpinning our revolutionIt is valid to recognize the role played by the study of personalities, whose thought transcends as regards the fight and the discussion that claims the new university to form the man in the XXI century as envisioned Che Guevara. Approaching its vast and multifaceted work and contributions constitutes primacy of those who run the complex process of instructing and educating, especially transformations emanating from compliance with the guidelines of the Sixth Congress and the First Conference of the Communist Party of Cuba, in order to improve economic and social model.The analysis and deepening of the life of Ernesto Guevara's priority, its legacy affects the construction of Socialism and Man in Cuba. The paper discusses his influence as a paradigm in the education of university students, mainly highlights the content of his speech and the scope of its viable proposals, are elements that make his legacy tone for the struggle of all revolutionaries.
