Abstract

The development of assistance in the professional nursing training is conceived with a pedagogical, social and cultural approach. Through university-designed teaching programs, it is modeled the graduate's performance which reflects the ethical and epistemic behavior in the health-disease process interpersonal relationships. The aim of this article is to systematize a theoretical approach which serves as a referent point for designing programs based on general didactic principles, education at work and theoretical-practical relationship in nursing. The related bibliography is reviewed, and theoretical -empirical methods and participatory techniques are used. The result is related to the improvement of comprehensive university education, theoretical and practical enrichment in patient,  family and community health care.
