Abstract

BARRERA GARCIA, Aníbal; IZAGUIRRE GONZALEZ, Luis Daniel  and  LLANO RODRIGUEZ, Rachel. INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM DESIGN IN THE CIENFUEGOS OLE-HIDRAULIC COMPANY. Universidad y Sociedad [online]. 2017, vol.9, n.2, pp. 255-266. ISSN 2218-3620.

Quality management - environment - safety and health at work, in many cases are managed independently, affecting the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization, hence the trend towards these management systems integration. This research describes the design of the integrated system of quality - environment - safety and health at work in the Cienfuegos Ole-hydraulic Company. For this, the system is formed based on the requirements established in the NC ISO 9001: 2015, NC 18001: 2015; NC ISO 14001: 2015 and the recommendations given in the NC PAS 99: 2008. An initial diagnosis is made, where the state of the organization is obtained to face the integration, as well as the documents established non-compliance in the mentioned standards, which affects the system effective operation. The new structure is proposed based on the documents relationship with the general requirements and processes, making it possible to reduce the documented information, better operation of the process management activities, risk-based approach and implementation of control measures.
