Abstract

The present publication is the result of a research carried out in the factory of cements Cienfuegos A.S., its main objective is to present a procedure for the administration of processes with contribution to the integration of normalized systems in Cuban cement plants. An exploratory, qualitative and descriptive methodology was used, on the base of more than eighty procedures found in the bibliography. As a result, the pattern and their procedure to negotiate and to improve the processes in the cement plants were obtained. It is contributed to the integration of the systems normalized by means of the analysis of the relationship of actions of improvement by each administration system. As conclusion it is obtained: a procedure of improvement which should be designed to fit the context, with a recurrent character and it should contribute to the different prevailing administration systems in the organization.
