Abstract

In the present work, the way in which the judges disposed of the integral reparation in the actions of habeas corpus in which it was determined that there were affectations to the freedom of the persons or to other related rights was determined. The investigation identified three sentences of twenty nine actions presented in 2016 that were declared in place, which were assessed both in the factual facts of the discussion as well as in the grounds of its operative part.
