The present work aims to enhance the work of self-employed workers (TCP) by creating a Specialized Business Unit in the Saving popular bank of Cienfuegos, as an area annexed to the tutelary branch 4822, to guarantee the increase in financing granted to TCP. The main results are the organization of work and definition of strategies that allow the increase in the granting of financing to TCP with the agility and quality required and the procedure for the operation of the areas attached to guardian branches in the BPA at the national level to this end, a diagnosis was made of the current situation of the service in the Branch 4822, a study of this segment of clients and the limitations of the established procedures, highlighting that with the creation of a Specialized Business Unit in the BPA, increases the financing granted to TCP.
