Abstract

Given the scarce availability of methodological instruments for knowledge management in the different science activities within the Territorial Science, Technology and Innovation System, this research aimed at defining a procedure for the introduction of knowledge management in this sector, but guiding, in this case, the investigation towards its verification before its introduction. In other words, it is of special interest to corroborate that the described procedure is suitable for knowledge management in this type of complex activity managed by the country's Science System. For this reason, the objective of this research is to validate the knowledge management procedure proposed for the Science, Technology, Innovation and Environment activities using different techniques, using a case study to verify it. The main techniques used were the Petri, Osgood and Iadov networks. In the inter-method methodological triangulation, the main results were obtained that both experts and users agree on the validity of the proposed procedure carried out by this research.
