Abstract
MONTERO PENA, Juan Manuel and HERNANDEZ PEREZ, Hernando. Sustainable development before the crossing of concepts: a vision from an alternative thought. Universidad y Sociedad [online]. 2020, vol.12, n.5, pp. 511-517. Epub Oct 02, 2020. ISSN 2218-3620.
Sustainable development from the Marxist perspective without denying his value, for the sake of finding the way to make it viable out of in the conditions the present-day societies, accomplishes to the concept a criticism in the article. Economic base and social superstructure to examine the pertinence of the concept retake categories themselves. You take like reference the Marxism's categorial arsenal, where it is possible to find categories that contribute to the critical analysis of the foundations of the concept expressed in Our Future Common report of 1987 for them. An analysis of as they produce themselves comes into question and they distribute the riches in capitalism, a society where production and the appropriation of the riches produce themselves of very unequal form, in frank antagonistic contradiction with the logic of the sustainable distribution. The analysis links up dialectically with the dimensions of the sustainable development, specially the social and the policy.
