Environmental education is undergoing a constant transformation in the digital age, where web applications play a fundamental role. An educational website focused on the environment stands as an essential platform for the dissemination of updated and accurate information on environmental problems, providing verifiable educational resources. This research focuses on a web application for environmental management of the Municipal Public Company for Comprehensive Solid Waste Management of Ambato. Current obstacles include the lack of tools for effective monitoring of activities and the regulation of environmental permits. Planning for the development of the application was carried out using the SCRUM methodology, with five iterations to address specific modules. The result is the creation of an application, aimed at administrative staff, standing out for its acceptance due to its ease of use and accessibility.
