Occupational health and healthy work environments are essential assets for personal and socioeconomic development. In this research, the importance of a healthy work environment is addressed, highlighting its influence on individual and collective health. The study seeks to evaluate the work environment at Balcomad S.A., using surveys and interviews to collect quantitative and qualitative data on the health and well-being of employees. The results obtained reveal that the company appears to promote healthy practices in the workplace and has created a work environment in which collaboration and mutual support are valued. It is suggested that the company focus efforts on promoting healthy practices outside of work to complement internal initiatives and improve accident prevention and reduction of work-related absenteeism.
