Abstract

ALONSO ESCALONA, René  and  VEGA DE LA CRUZ, Leudis Orlando. Theoretical model for the management of intellectual capital management in the development of dynamic capabilities. Universidad y Sociedad [online]. 2024, vol.16, n.1, pp. 385-397.  Epub Feb 28, 2024. ISSN 2218-3620.

Although dynamic capabilities can be developed in calm periods, they become more important factors in times of crisis. The usefulness of dynamic capabilities extends to changing and uncertain environments, and therefore in turbulent times their value greatly increases. Different studies carried out show that when evaluating companies that generate or develop already existing dynamic capacities in their usual context, these have a positive impact on business performance in mechanical industries in which commercial situations have diminished due to severe crises. The objective of this article is to design a Theoretical Model of Intellectual Capital Management for the development of dynamic capacities. For this, scientific research methods were used and as results there are the main variables and dimensions that influence intellectual capital, there is the relationship of variables with the dynamic capacities that allow them to be integrated for the improvement of business performance.

Keywords : Intellectual capital; Dynamic capabilities; Human capital; Structural capital; Relational capital.
