ABSTRACT: This article shows us a strategy designed for a model of the formation process of trainers for local development in the municipality of Consolación del Sur. It refers to some definitions of strategy that complement its development, and also expose the elements that contribute to the improvement of the process. This strategy is designed with a humanistic approach, while it considers the formative practice as an enriching element, where the beneficiaries are active collaborators of the change that takes place. The strategy presented articulates specific strategic actions and complies with the dialectical principle of Popular Education (practice-theory-practice) which allows to reflect with the participation of local beneficiaries, institutions and actors and contribute results, building a new practice, enriched and transforming reality.
