Abstract

To guide, articulate and promote, in public entities, the process of modernization towards management with results that positively impact the well-being of the citizen and the sustainable development of the country are key elements of modernization. Cuba in the midst of updating the social economic model is betting on a modernization process that imposes significant challenges to face. The reflections are aimed at identifying these challenges to achieve a truly modern public administration, guarantor of sustainable development.
