Abstract

This work of theoretical reflection aims to discuss the origin of the crisis of unsustainability in Modernity and its relationship with agroecology, critical pedagogy and ways of doing research to find connections with more global processes and make readings that allow overcoming the conjuctural and the immediate. A historical review is made about the emergence of agriculture as a radical change in human culture and its evolution to Modernity and how from this, society has been adopting technological changes that have become the current crisis of unsustainability that the world is going through. The article proposes to promote from agroecology and critical pedagogy other ways of knowing, generating knowledge and training people who radically transform the ways of doing research.
