This bibliographic review is aimed at addressing the phenomenon of evaluation of student learning achievements in times of pandemic, it used a database of 128,231 results of the present bibliographic review is aimed at addressing the phenomenon of evaluation of student learning achievement in times of pandemic, it used a database of 128,231 Scopus document results, with which it carried out the relevant bibliometrics. After a focused selection by relevance, inclusion and exclusion of these documents, he focused his analysis on 28 publications of systematic literature reviews. The results show an important approach to the subject, since publications have been increasing and diversifying the areas of interest in the social sciences, computer sciences and psychology. In the analysis of the state of the art, it has been possible to observe the existence of the positivist and post-positivist paradigms, it has been possible to find theories, teaching models and to evaluate in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, it has been recently addressed in Learning online, some factors involved in the outstanding achievement in mathematics and communication and lately the incorporation of the risk prevention competence, methodologies, results and conclusions, related to how to evaluate and improve the learning achievements of the students.
