The dynamics that characterize the national economies of almost the whole world in recent years, leads us to think about the need to reformulate and update regulations in societal matters. There are still outdated provisions and procedures that are not adequate to the reality that the business world faces today, as is the case with the regime of control of commercial companies and in particular of sole proprietorships, its instrumentalization is necessary in order to protect society from abusive acts and that put business stability at risk.
