Abstract

An activities system for the training in the work methodologies of the radio- location equipment of the air navigation, based on a formative conception is proposed as the objective of this article. This system satisfies the needs of the work position and overcomes the traditional forms used in this process. The system is form by its objective, function, activities, implementation and evaluation forms; interrelations between them. The activities are structured in the semi-pressential modality or part-time and the main organizational form is training in the work position, to which conference-workshop, workshops, self- preparation and tutoring are articulated. It is carried out through the cooperation, creativity and responsibility of thecnicals, tutors and teachers in the work scenario, with the use of material and technological resources, including the interactive website of the Aeronautical Service. The criteria of specialists and the results of their experimental application confirm work hypothesis, showing significant differences with previous training and technicians superior results in their duties performance.
