BANOS GONZALEZ, Mariano Enrique; MORENO GOMEZ, Alina de las Mercedes  and  BARREIRO PEREZ, Laura María. Impact evaluation on the diplomat studies in political direction of the society: Considerations. RP [online]. 2021, vol.9, n.1, pp. 103-113.  Epub Dec 21, 2021. ISSN 2308-3042.

At present, the higher education undergoes a process of improvement that requires the modification of study programs to educate and train professionals who give feasible solutions to the economic, political and social problems of the country. At the Higher Party School, the study program for the diplomat in political direction of society is analyzed in relation to the leaders’ performance in order to assess the changes they carry out in the practical activity of the political direction of the society through their specialization. Taking into account the demand of the Party schools system in the recent party congresses, the current program for the diplomat was first contextualized and then elaborated, as a result of the introduction of the curriculum design theory contributions to the pedagogical practice. This article is aimed at systematizing the theoretical and methodological fundamentals related to the impact evaluation in order to validate the study program for the diplomat in political direction of the society at the Higher Party School. This program is implemented in the socio -political context of the country, where constant transformations take place, in relation to the socio-organizational, institutional and pedagogical contexts where the party leaders perform their practical activity. This validation allows the correction of design, development and evaluation practices of the program in the setting where the leaders work.
