It is recognized the existence of a Professional Pedagogy that comes closer more and more to the action area of those who get ready in different professions universally; in this work he/she intends an approach to the training of the engineers in the foundations of this branch of the Pedagogy for the development of their educational function of the new generations and of the workers that conform the labor entity to which you/they are integrated; Fear that it is framed in the necessity of not alone to form the engineer in general pedagogic and didactic contents, but rather together to these contents of these branches are approached from the nearest knowledge to them, to their professional profile. With this work it is tried to meditate on the paper of the Professional Pedagogy in this professional's training and their list like educating engineer; for he/she leaves it of the Professional Pedagogy as theory and practice and their paper like important productive force, what allows to offer some recommendations from the author's position like engineer and professional educator; they are considered as essential conclusions of the work the demonstration of the connection that exists between the professional Pedagogy and the Economic Sciences and of the Work, the engineer's training like educator of the hard-working class and the necessity of taking advantage of the potentialities of this branch of the Pedagogy like productive force in all their width.
