Abstract

Technology has penetrated all spheres of society, forming an inherent part of it and, basically, one of the biggest changes it has introduced is to facilitate interpersonal communication with through devices as well as quick and instant access to information. The paper presented is the result of a research which allowed identifying the difficulties of CC-PCC officials in their professional activity concerning the use of mobile devices through empirical and theoretical inquiries. In this research, a training strategy for improving the professional activity of these officials by using mobile devices was proposed. The strategy is also intended for promoting the development of basic competences to generate an environment of interaction, cooperation and collaboration. Its practical implementation and its validation by experts have made possible to recognize its viability, considering current requirements.
