The case of a 17-year-old white patient with phlebangiomatosis of Servelle and Trinquecoste, affecting his left upper limb, is presented. A review of those cases reported in medical literature is made. The surgical treatment applied allowed to obtain a more satisfactory functional and aesthetic result
