One of the most impressive installation clinical pictures that obliges the Otorhinolaryngology specialist to act under the criteria of clinical protocol and treatment is the appearance of a rapidly progressive installation neurosensorial hypoacusia. Vascular, viral and immunological causes by themselves, or in an interactive manner, have been considered responsible for the disorders that are originated and that lead to a clinical picture of auditive loss. For all these reasons, we decided to evaluate the results obtained after applying the combination of two treatment methods, which, according to the available information, may be effective in the attention of this pathology. A significant result of the treatment protocol was the recovery rate of 88 % of the treated patients
