Abstract

Exeresis of retained teeth, represent a difficult surgical procedure in daily practice of oral and maxillo-facial surgeon. In our service, study patients presented complex dental retention in jaw and maxilla, which provoked facial pain, cause that gave rise to referral of their health area. All cases were operated on and its postoperative course was uneventful. There weren´t transoperative accidents.
