A review on main features to consider in pharmacopeia of renal insufficiency is performed in relation to pharmacocynetics of drugs and the affection caused by this condition. Practical guidelines are presented for drugs dosage, and to argue estimate of renal function of patient by more used methods. In medical practice adjustments of more used drugs dosage are exposed as well as those without t hiss type of adjustment. Finally, practical rules in relation to drugs prescription in cases of renal insufficiency.
