The case of a 36-year-old black female patient that was admitted for having episodes of hemoptisis of moderate intensity and of approximately one year of evolution that appeared after a stab wound was presented. She was diagnosed a pseudoaneurysm of the aorta with aortobronchial fistula by CAT and aortography. The aorta was repaired by surgical treatment. Lower left lobectomy was also performed. She was completely asymptomatic on discharge
