The results of the application of a respiratory rehabilitation program to a group of patients with bronchial asthma, chronic bronchitis and pulmonary emphisema were shown. The treatment included 36 sessions of breating exercises after which the results were compared with those of the control group that only took drugs. An increase of the tolerance to exercises was observed among those treated with the program.
