Abstract

CUTINO MAAS, Yainelí et al. Persistent dysphagia following a stroke. Rev cubana med [online]. 2006, vol.45, n.3, pp. 0-0. ISSN 1561-302X.

The case of a patient with persistent dysphagia following mirrow bilateral strokes of the prefrontal and prerolandic branches of the middle cerebral artery was described. At the 30 days of evolution of the ictus, he has not recovered deglutition, so it was necessary to perform gastrostomy. The anatomical localization of the injury was discussed.
