That is why we proposed ourselves to review in different database the most recent statements on this topic which is attributed a  high morbidity in the early stages of life and until adolescence. A series of elements take part in their genesis, from whose deep knowledge  measures and actions decreasing their frequency and significance may be derived after  creating behavioral modifications directed to the  control the risk for the host. There are three basic elements: susceptible subject, a suitable physical and human environment, and causal agents. They  not only have a high economic cost, but they also affect the whole social system. The main problems at different ages are traffic accidents and drownings by immersion that stand out for their severe consequences, followed by burns, poisonings, and falls. In the public health projects in Cuba until 2015, one of the main purposes is the reduction of mortality from accidents by 20%.
