A case of a cyclope-associated anencephaly was presented in this paper, which occurred in Haiti during the recent medical assistance mission performed by the Cuban medical staff. It was about a dead one-eyed fetus weighing 1850 g , with a sort of snout nose. A literature review was made and discussed.
